Sardar Aseff Ahmed Ali
was born at Lahore in October, 1940. He is an
elected MNA from Kasur District.
He joined the Planning
Commission as Deputy Chairman/ Federal Minister on
2nd December, 2008 as the 20th Deputy Chairman.
He is a member of the
Central Executive Committee of Pakistan Peoples’
Party and is a graduate from Oxford University U.K.
in Philosphy, Politics and Economics. His
